Location is perfect, just a quick walk to Universal. The games room was fun for the kids. Parking fees were annoying and the elevators were slow. Room cleanliness varies, with some areas needing attention.

Accommodating manager and amazing staff. Attentive and friendly, making the visit more pleasant. The shuttle to Universal was a significant convenience. The rooms were clean daily, beds comfortable, and spacious enough for our group. Laundry facilities were a huge plus. I encountered issues with check-in, including an unjustified charge for early access to a ready room. Facilities were disappointing; blocked toilets, non-functioning air conditioners, and dirty hallways detracted from our experience. Lack of breakfast for all guests in a suite is puzzling. The potential is there, but clarity in policies and improvements in maintenance are necessary. I expect better.

This hotel offers an amazing advantage for walkable adventures, being just a few minutes from Universal Studios, and with the added convenience of a shuttle service that makes park access a breeze. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups wanting to relax after a day of exploring, and dining options on-site, including a well-reviewed restaurant, enhanced our stay. the cleanliness of our room could use some improvement, but it didn't overshadow the wonderful accessibility to all the fantastic attractions in the area.

We had a blast at the Splash Zone Pool and outdoor pool with comfy lounge chairs and shady umbrellas - perfect for the kids! The game room and gift shop were also hits, keeping the little ones entertained for hours. It was a dreamy family vacation spot!

The heating in the room was adequate, but the air conditioning unit didn't seem to be working properly, making the room a bit stuffy at times. We were disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition for a morning pick, me, up. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, but the terrace was quite small and overlooked the parking lot, lacking the charm we were hoping for. We did appreciate the dining table in the room, which was convenient for enjoying meals or working on our laptops. The free wi, fi in the rooms was spotty at best, often disconnecting unexpectedly and causing frustration. The lack of garden furniture outside was a missed opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The absence of free toiletries in the room was surprising, and we had to request additional amenities from housekeeping during our stay. We also noticed that the am/fm alarm clock was not functioning properly, making it difficult to wake up on time for our planned activities. The flat, screen TV provided entertainment, but the carpeted floor seemed worn and in need of a deep clean. Unfortunately, car hire services were not readily available on, site, and we had to arrange transportation through other means. the dry cleaning services were efficient, and the convenience of shops/commercial services on the property was helpful for picking up any forgotten items. The laundry facilities were a nice touch for travelers needing to freshen up their clothes. While the hotel did offer a shuttle service, it was not complimentary, which was inconvenient to save on transportation costs. A free shuttle service would have been a welcome addition. the hotel experience had its ups and downs, with areas like room amenities and cleanliness needing improvement. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were some operational and maintenance issues that detracted from our overall satisfaction.

staying at holiday inn was very convenient for my trip, as it was close to universal studios. the staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to purchase park tickets and return my rental car at the hotel. the 2-bedroom suite was well-designed and had excellent sound-proofing, allowing my baby to sleep peacefully. the location was great, with a pleasant walk to the park and a nice outdoor pool.
